Interest Groups
As we begin our 2008 – 2009 year, I hope all of you will take the opportunity to sign up for one or more of the interest groups that are such an integral part of the Tyler branch. It’s a great way to get to know fellow members while taking part in a pastime you enjoy. We think we have something for everyone, but if you would like to suggest an additional group—please do! You can’t have too much of a good thing. For more information about interest groups in general, please contact Barbara Wooldridge, or call 566-7426. All members of the Tyler (TX) Branch are eligible for
membership in the branch interest
groups. Persons who are eligible for AAUW membership may visit an
interest group twice. Then, in order to continue participation, eligible
persons must join the branch. Persons who are not eligible for AAUW
membership may participate in an interest group by submitting an annual
fee to the chair of the interest group.
Information about each meeting may be obtained by
calling or e-mailing the chair listed for each interest group. Interest
groups may be formed at any time during the year. Member’s questions
should be directed to Interest Group Chair, Barbara Wooldridge,
